About
Healthcare systems are filled with recommendations. F.A.V.E. focuses on what happens next: the conditions, systems, and environments that influence whether those recommendations can realistically be carried out.
The Company
Drayton Health Systems develops implementation frameworks that help healthcare organizations bridge the gap between clinical recommendations and real-world implementation.
Rather than creating new care models, the company focuses on what happens after a recommendation is made. The goal is to translate clinical intent into systems that work within the realities of everyday life.
The F.A.V.E. Framework provides a structured approach to implementation design, adherence support, patient experience optimization, and behavior-centered care delivery.
WHAT WE ARE NOT

Talia Drayton
FOUNDER · CREATOR OF F.A.V.E.
The Founder
Talia Drayton is the founder of Drayton Health Systems and creator of the F.A.V.E. Framework. Her work draws from instructional design, healthcare training, implementation support, public health, communications, ethnography, behavior change, food systems, and social entrepreneurship.
Across healthcare, education, international development, and community-based initiatives, she observed a recurring challenge: people are often given good advice, but rarely given systems that make that advice realistic to follow. That observation became the foundation of her work.
Talia's work is driven by a central belief: implementation succeeds when systems are designed around real people. That idea anchors her approach to implementation frameworks and informs the systems lens she applies across healthcare, learning, behavior change, and related fields.
Founder Philosophy
"How do we make complex systems easier for real people to use?"
Beyond the Framework
Outside of implementation design, Talia spends time on a homestead, cultivating farm animals, honeybees, and more than 130 varieties of tropical and exotic produce. That lived experience with systems in imperfect conditions directly informs her approach to healthcare, learning, and behavior change.
The environmental conditions required for living things to thrive mirror the conditions required for people to follow through on care recommendations.
