Speaking & Thought Leadership
Exploring what happens when clinical recommendations leave the care setting and meet the realities of everyday life.
Signature Talk
Many care delivery conversations focus on what happens inside the clinical encounter. This talk examines what happens after it. Drawing from implementation science, instructional design, and the realities of patient environments, the session explores the conditions that influence whether clinical recommendations can realistically become part of everyday life.

Speaker Bio
Talia Drayton is the founder of Drayton Health Systems and creator of the F.A.V.E. Framework, an implementation framework focused on what happens between clinical recommendations and their execution in everyday life.
Her background spans learning design, healthcare training, behavioral health, managed care, public health, digital communication, and community-based initiatives. Across these environments, she became interested in a recurring question: what determines whether good information can actually become workable action?
Her work brings together instructional design, implementation science, public health, communications, behavior change, food systems, and systems thinking to examine the conditions surrounding implementation.
Talia speaks on healthcare implementation, instructional design, patient experience, health equity, human behavior, digital learning environments, and the systems that shape what happens beyond the clinical encounter.
